Digital voltmeter with demonstrative three digit display, which can be connected by a commuting switch to each of the three outputs

Luminous diodes next to each output socket indicate output voltage currently being measured

An earthing socket allows to connect any output to earth; a voltage symmetrical to earth can also be obtained

When operating gas discharge tubes, discharge voltage is to be checked at the integrated digital display, as it may not rise above 5 kV due to protection against radiation.
