EM-07 Precision Spark Generator

|
The Spark Generator produces high voltage pulses at eight fixed frequencies. The precisely-timed sparks leave a permanent series of dots, like the paw prints of a rabbit in the snow. This recording method is useful for dynamics experiments, since the record is permanent and there is no frictional drag on the moving body. Nine precise frequencies are available, 60, 30, 15, 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 Hz producing a spark up to 15 mm long. A second Spark Generator can be controller by the master Spark so that synchronous measurements can be made of two objects.

The same design and specifications as the Precision Spark Generator but with only the five most useful frequencies: 10, 15, 20, 30, and 60 Hz. It can be slaved to a Precision Spark Generator to synchronously produce the eight frequencies of the master source. Comes complete with a push button on a cord and two spark leads terminated with alligator clips. Requires an EM-05 Spark Connection Cable for master-slave operation.
